This project documents a successful effort to improve pedestrian safety in San Francisco. By advocating to the city, I secured the addition of crosswalk stripes at the intersection of Ortega and 34th.

The initiative was designed to slow down traffic and create a safer environment for neighbors. It serves as a case study in how individual residents can navigate city bureaucracy to achieve physical changes in their urban environment.
